Spencer Pratt was not invited to MTV’s live finale for The Hills in Hollywood on Tuesday night. In fact, he was banned from being anywhere near the event! But that didn’t stop the reality TV villain from showing up!

The best Pratt could do was stand on the sidewalk across the street from the red carpet for The Hills event.

As for that ridiculous outfit, that was our idea! We told Spencer his chances of trying to actually get on the red carpet or into the space where the live filming was happening would be a lot greater if he went in deep disguise.

Underneath all that, though, it was apparent to us that he’s in a lot of pain and seriously psychologically disturbed.

We sincerely hope he gets well!

As you well know by now, Lindsay and Joan Rivers have been going at it for the last few days, ever since Joan made some chuckle-worthy comments about Lindsay’s impending imprisonment!

Not to be outdone, Lindsay took a moment out from packing her leggings and “tea” for the slammer to tweet out her thoughts about Joan! She tweeted:
