While in court on Tuesday, soon-to-be jailbird Lohan had a rude and profane message painted onto her middle finger the whole time.

As her nail said, she was giving everyone a big “Fuck You”!

Well, unfortunately for her, the one who got fucked was Lindsay Lohan, sentenced to 90 days in jail and 90 days at in-patient drug rehab.

No airbrushing of the nails in jail. No fake tanning. Just lots of time to come off prescription pills, stay away from hardcore drugs and alcohol, and time to really THINK about her life.

20th Century Fox has their eye on Taylor Lautner to star in X-Men: First Class!

The studio has checked the actor’s availability before offering the Twilight hunk a role.

James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender have already been tapped to play Professor X and Magneto in the film that’s expected to start shooting this summer.

The targeted release date is June 3, 2011.

We think Taylor would be a fool to pass this up — the X-Men franchise is huge and we think he’s perfect for it!

The director recently announced that his 1997 blockbuster hit, Titanic, will be re-released for audiences in 3D in April of 2012 - on the 100 year anniversary of the luxury liner’s sinking.

A little morbid, yes, but it’s certainly a film we think could benefit from a viewing in the third dimension!

Lindsay Lohan seen here leaving a Beverly Hills courthouse, surrounded by media and her teary eyes shielded by sunglasses just moments after she was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating her probation.

The troubled starlet looked shocked at the tough sentence handed out by Judge Marsha Revel, who blasted her for not taking her probation in two 2007 DUI cases seriously.

Lohan, who will start her sentence on July 20, must also serve 90 days as an inpatient on a substance abuse program once she is released from jail.

The actress had tearfully addressed the judge in a last attempt to avoid jail after it was ruled she violated her probation by repeatedly missing court-ordered alcohol education classes.

Lohan protested she did not realize she had not been keeping up with the order and insisted a busy work schedule had stopped her attending regularly.


Lohan sobbed as she said: "I'm not taking this as a joke. It's my life and my career, something I have worked for my entire life. I have tried to do the best I can. It's just been such a long haul. I don't want you to think I don't respect you and your terms."

The Beverly Hills court heard Lohan repeatedly missed once-weekly classes at an alcohol-education program and that she'd
failed to attend the program at least nine times since October 16.

Her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley claimed Lohan had done well by meeting the overall terms of her probation.

Lohan was on probation after two DUI offenses in less than two months in 2007.
